Course Objectives

This will be the first in a series of programs that will be conducted focusing on the text "Provisions of the Seekers." It is our hope, in sha' Allah, to cover the entire text through similar programs over the course of the next 1 - 2 years. Objectives we hope to achieve with each program are as follows:

* A solid understanding of the jawami ahadith

* Tips and techniques on how to memorize hadith

* An introduction to Hadith Methodology

* Understanding the importance of the Sunnah

* Practical ways to implement that which was discussed

* Nurture and develop a love that has been forgotten for the Prophet, may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him

 

Who Should Take This Course?

* People who regularly lead halaqahs / study circles

* Khateebs and public speakers wanting to memorize and learn shorter hadith for the purposes of their speeches

* Students of knowledge seeking to learn more about their deen
